Philadelphia cheese cake

Prep time: 20 min, Total time: 5.5 hours, Serves 16

2 cups of Honey Graham Cracker Crumbs
6 table spoons of butter or margarine, melted
1/2 cup of sliced nuts (almonds or pecans)
1 cup of sugar
4 packages (8 oz.each) Philadelphia cream cheese, softened
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 cup of sour cream
4 eggs
topping (fruits, or caramel, or peanuts, or ice-cream)

Heat oven to 350F.
Line 13*9 inch pan with foil. Mix crumbs, nuts and butter; press onto bottom of pan. Bake for 10 minutes.

Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla with mixer until blended. Add sour cream, mix well. Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating on low after each just until blended. Pour over crust. Bake for 35 minutes until center is almost set. Cool completely. Refrigerate for 4 hours. Top with your topping of choice.
